Chocolate Muffins with Nutella - a quick treat for those who love muffins, an ideal combination.
ingredients:
- 1 and 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 teaspoons of cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- a cup of sugar
- 150g of cooking chocolate
- Nutella (optional - approximately 8 teaspoons)
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract of your choice
<strong>Preparation: </strong>
- Whisk the flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and sugar until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk warm milk, finely chopped chocolate to melt, then add egg, oil, vanilla and mix everything.
- Add the liquid ingredients to the flour and mix until you get a smooth mass.
- Arrange the baskets in the muffin tray and pour 2 spoonfuls of the mixture (about 16 muffins) and then add half a spoonful of nutella or more of your choice to each one. Spread the rest of the mixture evenly over the nutella on each muffin.
- You can add grated or chocolate chips on top if you have any left over.
- Bake in a preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes at 200c.
