Recipe for chocolate souffle - an irresistible treat for real chocolate lovers, which you will prepare in just 20 minutes.
- 250 g of cooking chocolate (You can choose to have half of the measure be dark chocolate with a minimum of 53% cocoa)
- 175 g butter
- 125 g of crystal sugar;
- 75 g flour
- 5 pieces of eggs
- Heat the oven to 200 degrees C. Melt the butter and chocolate (or, in a saucepan over low heat, or use the microwave).
- Put the flour and sugar in a bowl, then add the eggs and mix well (or mix). Add melted chocolate and mix.
- Coat the molds with butter and flour (6 molds). Fill the mixture up to 3/4 of the mold. Bake for 7 minutes. A very important thing for this cake is the correct baking time, because if you leave it a minute longer, the cake can become hard and lose its sweetness.
- Serve immediately, with vanilla ice cream, or any of your choice.
