Chocolate triangles - chocolate, cinnamon and apple in puff pastry - the right combination.
- 400 ml of milk
- 100 ml of water
- 1 cube of yeast
- 3 teaspoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 3 spoons of oil
- 1 piece of egg
- 1 piece of egg white
- 800 g of flour
for the filling:
- 6 pieces of apples (grated)
- 100 g of chocolate
- juice of 1 lemon
- 6 spoons of sugar
for coating:
- 250 g of margarine
- 1 piece of yolk
- 1 cup of yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- First make the filling. Peel the apples, grate them and put them in a suitable container. Add the juice of 1 lemon and sugar and cook on low heat until the excess liquid evaporates. Add the chocolate and mix until it melts. Leave to cool.
In a suitable bowl, knead the yeast, add milk, sugar, oil, salt, eggs and knead the dough with flour. Immediately divide the dough into 2 balls and each ball into 5 parts. the second crust, all 5, do not coat the last one. Repeat the procedure for the other part of the dough. Now stretch the dough from all 5 parts into a large circle and roll it up. Roll out the roll with a rolling pin, if possible in a square shape up to 4 mm thick. Cut it into three with a rolling pin strips. Coat each strip with a third of the filling and roll up the dough. Cut the dough into zigzags or into triangles. Arrange in a baking tray with a slight gap. - Coat each triangle with beaten egg yolk, yogurt and cinnamon. Leave them to rise for 2 hours. Bake at 200 C until they are golden brown.
