Chocolate-banana muffins - Slađana Šćekić
- 130 g of sugar
- 3 bananas (mashed)
- 100 ml of oil
- 50 ml of sour water
- 1 tablespoon full cocoa cream
- 230 g flour
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 100 g of finely chopped chocolate
- 2 eggs
- Beat the eggs with sugar, then add the mashed bananas, oil, sour water, cream, cocoa, flour mixed with pastry and finally mix the chopped chocolate gently with a blender.
- Pour into muffin tins. Bake at 200 C for about 20 minutes.
