Chocolate-caramel cake - Slađana Šćekić

- 300 ml of milk + 50 milk
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 spoon of sugar
- Caramel:
- 200 g margarine
- 200 g of sugar
- 100 g of chocolate
- Put the milk to boil and mix 50 ml of milk with 3 spoons of flour and one spoon of sugar in another bowl. Cook the mass until it is thick like a pudding. Leave the cooked filling aside until we make the caramel.
- Caramelize 200 g of sugar over low heat until golden - then add chopped margarine and mix everything together for about 2-3 minutes.
- Then pour the caramel in a stream into the cooked filling and beat with a mixer until the masses are well combined.
- Divide the assembled caramel filling into two parts and add 100 g of chocolate to one part.
- Fill the honey crust, black filling - crust, yellow filling - crust, black filling - crust and finish the cake with yellow filling. You can also put whipped cream or grated chocolate on top.
