Chokolita - chocolate-chocolate cake, flourless, crusts are baked from the filling, it will conquer your taste buds.

  • 20 pieces of eggs
  • 500 g of sugar
  • 16 cups of sugar (powdered)
  • 500 g of margarine
  • 600 g of chocolate
  • 300 g of plasma (ground)
  • 1 l of sweet cream

for decoration

  • 200 g of chocolate
  • 100 g of sugar candies
  • 100 g of chocolate candies
  1. Melt the chocolate and leave it aside to cool. In one large bowl, separate the egg whites into the egg yolks and in the third place the margarine. Immediately pour 500 g of powdered sugar into the egg yolks and beat with a mixer until the egg yolks turn white.

  2. Beat the margarine to a foam. stir, so that the egg whites do not fall.
  3. In this way, you got a huge bowl full of filling, from which you bake 4 crusts and use the rest for the filling. For one crust, put 12 spoons, spread them in a baking tray and bake at 180 C for just a few minutes because the crusts are quite thin.
  4. Bake 4 crusts in the same way. To make it easier to remove the crust from the baking paper, leave it with the oven to cool and transfer it to the plate together with the paper, and only then remove it.
  5. Beat a liter of sweet cream.
  6. To fill:
    crust, black filling, whipped cream until you have used all the ingredients in that order.
  7. The cake is really big and tall.
  8. Decorate the whole cake with chocolate, sprinkled candies and melted chocolate. Enjoy the chocolatey, irresistible taste.
