Celery and broccoli soup - a plate full of health.
- 1 head of celery (about 300 g)
- 2 pieces of potatoes (larger)
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 3 dl of milk
- 1 liter of beef soup
- 1 head of broccoli (about 400 g)
- mix of spices

- Peel the celery and potatoes and cut them into cubes and put them in a saucepan to boil, and towards the end of cooking, put the whole garlic cloves, previously cleaned.
- When the vegetables are soft, strain them and mix them with a little liquid. Combine them with the beef soup, add 2 dl of milk, spices to taste and stir.
- Clean the broccoli and separate it into florets, then boil it in a saucepan with water until soft. Strain and mix with a little liquid.
- Combine it with 1 dl of milk, season to taste and mix.
- Pour the broccoli cream into the prepared celery and potato basket and stir slowly just before serving.
