Cauliflower and potato soup - a delicious soup, it can also be a main course if served with cubes of toasted bread.

Cauliflower and potato soup, ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 300 g of potatoes (chopped)
  • 300 g cauliflower (chopped)
  • 1 piece carrot (grated)
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • dry seasoning (to taste)
  • parsley (to taste)
  • 1 piece of egg

Cauliflower and potato soup, preparation:

 

  1. Wash, clean and grate the carrot on a fine grater. Wash the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Wash the cauliflower and chop it a little larger.
  2. Fry the flour in butter.
  3. Immediately add the potatoes and spices, mix gently and pour 1 liter of cold water. Stir with a kettle and let it boil. When it boils, add the cauliflower. Simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, beat the egg with a fork and slowly pour it into the broth. Simmer for another 3 minutes.
  5. Serve the soup with cubes of toasted bread. Pleasant!
