Potato soup - when you run out of soup ideas or need a tasty vegetarian soup, try potato soup as the ideal solution. It warms in winter and refreshes in summer.
- 0,5 kg of potatoes
- 2 handfuls of noodles (homemade)
- flour

- Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.
- Put the chopped potatoes in 1 liter of water and cook until they almost fall apart. 10-20 minutes depending on the variety of potatoes and the hot plate. It is best to use white flour potatoes.
- When the potatoes are almost cooked, add 2 tablespoons of fat (oil). You can also use olive oil if you wish.
- Stir 2 tablespoons of flour in a little water to get "flour milk".
- Pour slowly into the boiling water with the potatoes and stir so that no lumps form.
- Add spices as desired and noodles and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Serve and garnish as desired.
