Cranberry soup – light soup with cranberries.
- 150 grams of chicken white meat
- 1 piece of leek
- 2 pieces of potatoes
- 50 grams of cranberries
- so
- beaver
- dry spices
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- sour cream
- Boil the chicken in salted water. When the chicken is soft, remove it from the heat and set it aside.
- Fry leeks and diced potatoes in oil.
- Add broth and chicken together and continue to cook for another half hour until the vegetables are tender.
- Cool the softened vegetables and meat a little, add cranberries (keep a few cranberries aside for decoration) and blend.
- Return to the pot and boil a little longer. Season with pepper, add spices.
- Before serving, mix with a little sour cream and sprinkle with whole cranberries.
