Broth with smoked chicken - Strong, good broth.
- 1 onion (larger)
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 4 pieces of carrots (medium)
- 1 piece of bell pepper
- 4 briquettes of frozen Swiss chard
- 2 pieces of zucchini (medium)
- 350 g of smoked chicken drumstick with karabatka
- 4 pieces of potatoes (medium)
- 2 pieces of egg
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 3 dl yogurt
- 4 liters of water
- Chop the onion and garlic, grate the carrot, and fry the vegetables in a deep pan with a little oil. Continue chopping the vegetables and add them immediately to the pan, adding a little water to prevent them from burning: chop and add the peppers, Swiss chard, meat, and zucchini. Grate the potatoes and add them, then pour 4 liters of water and let it cook. Season with vegetables and cook for 30 minutes. Beat eggs with flour, add yogurt and mix with 2 dl of water, then pour into the broth and when it boils, cook for another 3-4 minutes. Serve with a spoonful of yogurt or sprinkled with a parsley leaf.
