Broth with mushrooms.
Broth with mushrooms, ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon fat or oil,
- 500 g of mushrooms,
- 1 small onion,
- 1 medium-sized carrot,
- so,
- herbal spice,
- 1 small glass of sour cream,
- 2 spoons of flour,
- 2 liters of water,
- 1 egg,
- pepper,
- parsley leaf.
Broth with mushrooms, preparation:
- Clean the onion and carrot.
- Cut the onion into small cubes, and the carrot into thin rings.
- Put fat or oil in a bowl to heat it up, then add sliced onions to fry together with carrots.
- Add half the amount of water and herbal seasoning and let it boil.
- Cut the champignons into strips and put them in a bowl to cook.
- Add the remaining amount of water.
- While the soup is cooking, whip the cream and egg together with 2 flat spoons of flour and add water, so that it is not thick.
- Boil the resulting mixture in the broth.
- If necessary, add a little more salt and pepper, to taste.
- At the end, add a chopped parsley leaf.
Preparation time about 30 minutes.
