Soup with vegetables and chicken - between 8 and 10 months, if you have introduced all the above vegetables and meat and spices to your baby, you can start cooking thick soups.

  • 3 carrots (diced)

  • 1 mint leaf (in a piece)
  • 2 g of garlic (powdered)
  • 2 grams of onion (powdered)

  2. Cook until the meat and vegetables begin to fall apart and remove and put in a blender or chop by hand to the size you previously gave to the baby.

  3. Put back in the water, which you can add if necessary depending on the size of the carrots and potatoes. If you want, you can take out that mint leaf now so that the taste is not too strong for the baby.
  4. If it is too thin, you can add a little cornmeal or semolina to increase the thickness.
If it is too thick, add a little more water.
  5. Cool and serve to baby.
You avoid adding soup cubes and salt to the baby's food.
Add the spices only if you have previously introduced them to the baby one by one. You can also add other vegetables to the soup such as peas, broccoli, cauliflower, but do not overdo the mixture because they can bloat the baby's stomach.
Make sure that there are no pieces of food left and that the meat is well chopped so that the baby does not choke.
Chop to the size you normally give to your baby.
Instead of chicken, you can use turkey, lamb, beef or veal.
