Millet stew - This stew is very easy to prepare - it is tasty and nutritious. She is also fasting.
I think I already wrote about these grains. and if not, I will write with another pen. For those who don't know what millet is, I'll give a short explanation - it's a cereal that parrots love 😉
This is the easiest way for me to explain what millet is. Whereas the millet used for human consumption is shelled, a fraction of the millet consumed by parrots. By the way, millet always reminds me of parrots 😉 I haven't tried using whole millet, it seems to me that its shell is too hard, but that doesn't mean that I won't experiment at some point.

Soup with millet - Kristina Gašpar
- 2 tablespoons of oil of your choice
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 medium green
- 4 spoons of millet
- to taste: salt (pepper, turmeric, parsley...)
- Clean and grate carrots and greens. Then fry briefly in oil, then pour washed millet and about 1 liter of water.
- Boil the broth for ten minutes, add, if necessary and to taste, more water, season and cook for another minute.
- When serving, sprinkle the soup with parsley leaves.
