Bean Chowder with Dry Ribs – Although chowty, the beans are finger licking good.

  • 500 g of beans
  • 1 onion (larger)
  • 2 pieces of carrot
  • 4 pieces of dry ribs
  • only
  • pepper
  • herbs
  • dill

splash:

  • 4 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 spoons of flour
  • 0,5 teaspoons of allspice
  1. Three hours before cooking, soak the beans in cold water and leave them. This way they swell and cook quickly. During the cooking process, add one tablespoon of oil to them - it cooks quickly.
  2. Put the beans in a saucepan, cover with water and let it boil. Discard the first water. Pour the second water. When it boils, add a finely chopped onion and chopped turnips into the desired pieces.
  3. Reduce the temperature and let the beans boil. Halfway through cooking, add the dry ribs and spices. The beans are cooked for approximately two hours.
  4. The beans are ready when their pods turn white.
  5. For the spray, it is necessary to heat the oil on low heat. Add flour and allspice to it and pour it with the bean curd. Let it boil for 1-2 hours and add it to the saucer with the beans. Everything should simmer together for another 10 minutes.
