Green beans soup.

Green beans soup, ingredients:

  • 1 kg of green beans (yellow pencils, colorful or green),
  • fat or oil,
  • 1 onion,
  • 2 carrots,
  • water,
  • 2 spoons of flour,
  • 1 teaspoon of allspice,
  • so,
  • 1 egg,
  • 1 cup milk,
  • a few cloves of garlic and
  • parsley leaf.

Green beans soup, preparation:

  • Clean green beans from both ends and cut them into smaller pieces.
  • Clean the onion and cut it into cubes, and clean the carrot and cut it into rings.
  • Put a little fat or oil in a pan and add onions and carrots to fry.
  • Add green beans and pour water to cover and add a little salt.
  • Boil the green beans until soft, then pour water to make them soupy.
  • Mix flour and small paprika with water to make it thinner and cook in boiling green beans.
  • Mix the egg with a fork and cook it in the green beans and add a cup of milk.
  • Clean and chop the garlic and add to the green beans, as well as finely chopped parsley. If necessary, add a little more salt. If you like, you can add a little vinegar to your plate and the green beans get a new taste.
  • It takes about 60 minutes to prepare this dish, and about 30 minutes if you cook frozen green beans. The quantity is enough for 6 people.
