Green beans soup, ingredients:
- 1 kg of green beans (yellow pencils, colorful or green),
- fat or oil,
- 1 onion,
- 2 carrots,
- water,
- 2 spoons of flour,
- 1 teaspoon of allspice,
- so,
- 1 egg,
- 1 cup milk,
- a few cloves of garlic and
- parsley leaf.
Green beans soup, preparation:
- Clean green beans from both ends and cut them into smaller pieces.
- Clean the onion and cut it into cubes, and clean the carrot and cut it into rings.
- Put a little fat or oil in a pan and add onions and carrots to fry.
- Add green beans and pour water to cover and add a little salt.
- Boil the green beans until soft, then pour water to make them soupy.
- Mix flour and small paprika with water to make it thinner and cook in boiling green beans.
- Mix the egg with a fork and cook it in the green beans and add a cup of milk.
- Clean and chop the garlic and add to the green beans, as well as finely chopped parsley. If necessary, add a little more salt. If you like, you can add a little vinegar to your plate and the green beans get a new taste.
- It takes about 60 minutes to prepare this dish, and about 30 minutes if you cook frozen green beans. The quantity is enough for 6 people.
