Stew with vegetables and porcini mushrooms for water fasting.

Stew with vegetables and porcini mushrooms for water fasting, ingredients:

  • one cup of roasted sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds
  • one cup of dried vegetables
  • 1/2 head of celery
  • 100 grams of fresh or pasteurized porcini mushrooms
  • a handful of wide lean noodles
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • some allspice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • a few sprigs of fresh thyme

Stew with vegetables and porcini mushrooms for water fasting, preparation:

  • Put the container in which you will prepare the stew on the fire to heat it up, first pour in the sunflower and sesame seeds and toast them a little more, add a spoonful of flour, stir a little so that the flour gets a cream color.
  • Remove from heat and then add allspice, dried vegetables, sliced ​​porcini mushrooms, and grated celery.
  • Mix everything gently with a spoon and pour 7 dl of cold water.
  • Return the pan to the heat and let it boil covered for ten minutes, then add a handful of noodles, salt and pepper to your taste.
  • Cook for another ten minutes, sprinkle with dried or fresh parsley and sprigs of thyme.

It is very tasty and nutritious, it is very good if a teaspoon of lemon juice is added to the cup when serving.
