Stew with vegetables and porcini mushrooms for water fasting, ingredients:
- one cup of roasted sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds
- one cup of dried vegetables
- 1/2 head of celery
- 100 grams of fresh or pasteurized porcini mushrooms
- a handful of wide lean noodles
- 1 tablespoon flour
- some allspice
- salt and pepper to taste
- a few sprigs of fresh thyme
Stew with vegetables and porcini mushrooms for water fasting, preparation:
- Put the container in which you will prepare the stew on the fire to heat it up, first pour in the sunflower and sesame seeds and toast them a little more, add a spoonful of flour, stir a little so that the flour gets a cream color.
- Remove from heat and then add allspice, dried vegetables, sliced porcini mushrooms, and grated celery.
- Mix everything gently with a spoon and pour 7 dl of cold water.
- Return the pan to the heat and let it boil covered for ten minutes, then add a handful of noodles, salt and pepper to your taste.
- Cook for another ten minutes, sprinkle with dried or fresh parsley and sprigs of thyme.
It is very tasty and nutritious, it is very good if a teaspoon of lemon juice is added to the cup when serving.
