  • 16 cups of ground walnuts
  • 2 spoons of flour
  • 100 g of grated chocolate
  • Syrup:
  • 14 cups of water
  • 8 spoons of sugar
  • 150 g of chocolate
  • 1 liter and 1/2 milk
  • 16 zumanacs
  • 16 spoons of sugar
  • 4 vanilla puddings
  • 8 tablespoons of flour
  • 350 g of margarine
  • 200 g of powdered sugar
  • 200 g of marshmallows
  • 100 ml of sour water
  • 250 g of chocolate
  • 150 g of ground hazelnuts
  • Decoration:
  • 100 g of chocolate
  • some blueberries
  1. It is necessary to beat two crusts. First beat the egg whites, add sugar, egg yolk, ground walnuts, flour and grated chocolate. Bake in a baking tray lined with paper at 200 C for 15-20 minutes.
  2. For the syrup, boil the water and sugar and add the chocolate. Knead until it thickens. Pour the hot syrup over the cooled crusts.
  3. For the filling, you need to beat the pudding, beat the egg yolks with sugar and flour and boil everything together in milk. Knead the filling over low heat for 5-6 minutes. Remove and leave to cool, stirring occasionally so as not to form a crust.
  4. Beat the margarine with powdered sugar and assemble with the cooled filling.
  5. Beat the custard with sour water and melt the chocolate. Divide the filling into two parts. Add the custard to one part and the melted chocolate and hazelnuts to the other.
  6. Filling: crust, black filling, yellow filling, crust, black filling, yellow filling. Decorate with chocolate and blueberries.
