Black cabbage rolls with cheese and cream cheese filling - since I discovered this magical plant, I regularly buy it every spring and make pies and salads from it.

No other plant is as effective in cleaning the blood, stomach and intestines as this one, and that is why it is ideal for detoxifying the body after a long winter. There is a popular opinion that no other plant cleans the digestive system and blood as well as this one.

Sremus has great healing power, and they say that even bears look for it when they wake up from a deep winter sleep to clean their stomach, intestines and blood, hence one of the popular names of this plant is bear's onion. Since it loses its properties when dried, it should only be eaten fresh. After a cold winter, it cleanses the body of harmful substances at a fantastic speed because it contains an abundance of essential oils, valuable mineral salts, sugar, vitamin C, carotene, proteins, fats and allicin. The medicinal parts of the plant are the young spring leaves, which are harvested in April and May, as well as the bulbs, which are collected in the summer and autumn months.

Black cabbage rolls with cheese and cream cheese filling - since I discovered this magical plant, I regularly buy it every spring and make pies and salads from it.

  • 250 gr. milk
  • 0,5 teaspoon of sugar
  • 0,5 yeast
  • 1 cup of oil ((from coffee, the smallest))
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 300 g of black flour; (T – 1100)
  • 100 g of buckwheat flour

File:

  • 3 tablespoons of fat
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 0,5 glasses of sour cream
  • 300 g of cheese
  • 1 link sremuša
  1. Knead everything and let it rest for 15 minutes. and then divide the dough into 2 parts.
  2. Beat the fat with one egg yolk.
  3. Spread each part of the dough on a large baking sheet and coat with grease.
  4. Spread a little sour cream on top and sprinkle with cheese and chopped sour cream.
  5. Roll each crust into a roll and cut zigzag with a saucer from bottom to top and vice versa and leave for 1 hour for the dough to rise.
  6. Coat with egg white, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for about 25-30 minutes. at 200C.
