Black tortillas - for gyros to be announced... Soft, crunchy, ideal...
- 250 ml of lukewarm water
- 1 teaspoon of dry yeast
- 1 spoons of sugar
- 500 g of black flour
- 6 tablespoons of oil
- Mix a spoonful of sugar, lukewarm water and yeast and let it rise for about 10 minutes.
- Add the other ingredients and leave to rise for about 20 minutes.
- Make 12 balls, roll out thinly and fry on the pan very briefly, on both sides.
