Red breakfast - Suzana Mitić
An ideal breakfast, lunch or dinner...
- 6 red peppers
- a little bit of oil
- a pinch of spice
- 3 eggs
- 1 spring onion
- Cut the pepper into large cubes and fry in a little oil for ten minutes, until the water evaporates. Add spices. Beat the eggs with a fork and pour over the paprika. Fry for a few more minutes. Pleasant!
