Red spaghetti sauce – delicious, my family loves it.

 

Red sauce for spaghetti - Suzana Mitić

  • 400 g of spaghetti
  • 400 g of minced meat
  • 1 onion
  • 2 dl of red wine
  • 500 ml tomato sauce
  • spice
  • black pepper
  • herbs
  • 3-4 the price of garlic
  • a little oil
  • To decorate:
  • 2 hot peppers
  • cheese toast
  • a little green person
  1. Boil the macaroni in lightly salted water.
  2. Fry a head of finely chopped onion in a little oil. When it turns golden yellow, add minced meat. Simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add red wine and spices. When the liquid evaporates, add tomatello sauce and spices. At the end, add finely chopped garlic.
  4. Pour this sauce over the macaroni and decorate as desired. I used toasted cheese, chopped parsley and hot peppers.
