Meatballs from the oven in sauce.
- 300 g of minced meat
- 300 g of potatoes (grated)
- 1 piece of onion
- 1 piece of red pepper
- 1 piece of egg
- so
- pepper (ground)
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon fennel (chopped)
- 3 spoons of breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons of oil
For the sauce:
- 2,5 dl of sweet cooking cream
- 100 g of cheese (grated)
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 pinches of crushed red pepper
- parsley (chopped)
- Place minced meat, grated potatoes, finely chopped onion, finely diced red onion, salt, ground pepper, turmeric powder, chopped parsley in a bowl. Mix well to combine the mass and add 3 spoons of breadcrumbs. At the end, add 2 tablespoons of oil and mix everything well.
- Make balls from the mass, arrange them on a greased baking sheet. Place in an oven heated to 200 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.
- During this time, put 2.5 dcl of sweet cream, 100 g of grated cheese and 1 clove of pureed garlic in a bowl. Mix it up.
- Take the meatballs out of the oven, cover with cream sauce, return to the oven and bake for another 15 minutes. Baked sprinkled with chopped parsley and crushed red pepper.
