Meatballs from the oven.
Meatballs from the oven, ingredients:
- 1 head of onion and a little leek,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- 500 g of beef and 200 g of pork,
- 2 haha,
- 1 teaspoon of dry herb seasoning,
- 2 spoons of flour,
- 1 level teaspoon of salt,
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper,
- parsley to taste and
- oil 1 tablespoon.

Meatballs from the oven, preparation:
- Clean and chop the onion and leek, then add minced meat, finely chopped garlic, eggs, flour, salt, pepper, dry herbs and finally, chopped parsley.
- Mix well with your hands so that all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- From the resulting mass, form balls.
- Line an oven tray with baking paper, then arrange the meatballs.
- Lightly coat each meatball with oil.
- Bake in a heated oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 250 C.
