Recipe for chickpea meatballs - Falafel is considered the national dish of Jewish cuisine.   • 500 g chickpeas (raw)
  • 1 piece of onion (onion head)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • so

  • kari
  • parsley
  • coriander
  • flour
  1. In the evening, soak chickpeas in water overnight. The next day, strain and grind. Add finely chopped onion and garlic, baking soda, spices (to taste) and enough flour to form balls from the dough.
  2. Make balls smaller than a table tennis ball and fry them in hot oil.
