Meatballs in tomato sauce.

For the meatballs:

  • 300 g of minced meat
  • 1 pieces of potato
  • 1 piece of onion (small head)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 3 spoons of breadcrumbs
  • so
  • pepper (ground)

For the sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 4 dl tomato juice
  • 4 dl of water
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • so
  • parsley (chopped)
  1. Peel and finely grate the potatoes, add minced meat, 1 egg, finely chopped onion and garlic, breadcrumbs, salt and ground pepper. Knead well, make meatballs and roll in flour.
  2. Fry the meatballs in a little oil on each side.
  3. During this time, fry 3 tablespoon of flour in 1 tablespoons of oil, add water, tomato juice, salt, sugar, bring the mass to a boil and lower the meatballs. Cover and cook for 40 minutes (cook for 20 minutes on one side, turn the meatballs to the other side and cook for another 20 minutes).
  4. Sprinkle the finished meatballs with chopped parsley.
