Meatballs in mushroom sauce.
For the meatballs:
- 300 g of minced meat
- 100 g of rice
- 1 piece of egg
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 spoons of breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon parsley (chopped)
- so

For the sauce:
- 1 onion
- 400 g of mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- 1 piece of carrot
- 1,5 tablespoon flour
- 4 dcl of milk
- 2 dcl of cooking cream
- 0,5 teaspoons of salt
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- Make meatballs.
- Cook the rice and drain the water, finely chop the onion and garlic. Add cooked rice, chopped onion and garlic, 1 egg, breaded salt, parsley and ground pepper to the meat. Mix well by hand, make balls and roll in flour.
- Fry the meatballs on all sides in a little heated oil until they brown a little.
- Make the sauce.
- Fry 2 head of chopped onion in 1 tablespoons of oil until the liquid evaporates, add 1 teaspoon of oregano, 1 grated carrot and 1,5 tablespoons of flour, fry for 1 minute, then add 4 dcl of milk, 2 dcl of cooking cream and salt. Stir on the fire to throw one key.
- Arrange the fried meatballs in a baking tray and pour the sauce over them.
- Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle the baked meatballs with chopped parsley and 2 pinches of crushed red pepper.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or mashed potatoes.
