Meatballs with olives.
- 600 years minced meat
- 100 g. fresh sausages
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- a bit of a chopped person
- 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 5 dl. tomato sauce
- 100 g. pitted olive
- spice mix (to taste)
- Combine the minced meat in a deep bowl, squeeze out the mixture of fresh sausage, egg, parsley, breadcrumbs and spices to taste. Mix well to obtain a homogeneous mass.
- Form meatballs from the prepared mixture with oiled hands. Fry them in hot oil and then take them out of the pan. Separately, fry the flour in a little oil, then pour tomato juice, add 3dl of water and spices to taste. Cook at a moderate temperature until the desired thickness is obtained. Then add meatballs and green olives, cut into rings, and boil everything together
