Meatballs with potatoes and carrots - Slađana Šćekić
- 250 g of minced meat
- 250 g of boiled potatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of spices
- some pepper
- a little dill
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon hot red pepper
- 1 carrot (peeled)
- 1/2 bag of baking powder
- attachment:
- 1 kg of potatoes
- 2 larger carrots
- 1 tablespoon of spices
- 2 onions
- Assemble everything for the meatballs (mash the boiled potatoes and grate the carrot) and separate the prepared meat and make the meatballs.
- Fry on one and the other side (very little) and arrange in a baking tray where we put sliced onions on the ribs, potatoes and carrots.
- Pour with 2 dl of water and the fat where we fried the meatballs. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour at 180°C. When the potatoes are baked, remove the foil and cook for another 10 minutes.
