Meatballs with sour cream and potatoes - Slađana Šćekić
Meatballs with sour cream and potatoes - juicy meatballs together with potatoes... a very nice and tasty lunch...
For the meatballs:
- 250 g meat (minced)
- 150 g potatoes (grated fresh)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of spice
- pepper (a little)
- dill (a little)
- 1 piece of egg
- 1/2 teaspoon hot red pepper
- 1 piece of carrot (fresh grated)
- 1/2 bag of baking powder
- 2 spoons of breadcrumbs
attachment:
- 1 kg of potatoes
- 1 spoon of spice
- 2 heads of onion
- 1 dl of water
- 200 ml of cooking cream
- 2 pieces of eggs
- Assemble everything for the meatballs, grate the potatoes together with the carrot, separate the prepared meat and make the meatballs.
- Arrange in a baking tray where we put sliced onions on the ribs, potatoes...
- Pour with 1 dl of water, with the fat where we fried the meatballs, cream and eggs.
- Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour at 180.C.
- When the potatoes are baked, remove the foil and cook for another 10 minutes. reach.
