Tufts, ingredients:

For the dough:

  • 2 eggs,
  • 250 g of sugar,
  • 50 g of butter,
  • 200 ml of milk,
  • 300 g of flour and
  • 1 baking powder.

Topping:

  • 100 g of chocolate,
  • 200 ml of milk,
  • 200 g of sugar and
  • 50 g of butter.

For rolling:

  • 150 g of coconut.

Chupavci, preparation:

  • Beat eggs, sugar and butter at room temperature.
  • Then add milk.
  • Finally, add flour previously mixed with baking powder.
  • Grease a 23 x 33 cm pan, then sprinkle with flour and pour the mixture.
  • Bake in a heated oven at 200 °C for 15-20 minutes.
  • Cool the dough and cut into cubes to taste.

For the topping: On low heat, combine the ingredients: chocolate, sugar, butter and finally milk.

  • Dip the cakes in the dressing on all sides.
  • Roll in coconut flour.
