Quick spread.
- 300 g of oozing white meat
- 2 pieces of egg
- 0,5 piece of lemon
- 2 tablespoons of butter (or margarine)
- 2 spoons of sour cream
- 2 pieces of carrot ((less))
- salt (little)
- Clean, cut and cook the carrot. Boil and clean the eggs. Boil the dripping meat in salted water and cool. Squeeze the lemon.
- Put the meat, eggs, turnips and lemon juice in a deep bowl and grind with a stick mixer (or blender). Add butter and sour cream, salt to taste, whisk.
- Place in the refrigerator to cool and harden.
- Pleasant!
