Turkey with mincemeat.

  • 125 gr millets
  • 300 g of turkey fillet (250 - 300 g)
  • 200 ml of neutral cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 piece of soup cube
  • 0,5 liters of water
  • cheese (grated)
  1. Mix neutral and sour cream in a bowl.
Cut the turkey into cubes, season with salt and pepper and fry in olive oil.
When fried, remove from the stove and add the mixture of neutral and sour cream.
Put the soup cube in the water and let it boil.
Break the millets into larger pieces and pour hot soup over them and leave them for a minute or two to absorb well.
Make sure they don't soak too much, so they don't get gooey.
Then transfer them to a strainer to drain excess liquid.
Arrange the millets in a fireproof or earthenware dish, the fried turkey on top of them, a few pieces of cheese on top, and finally finish with the rest of the millets.
Mix the remaining cream with 2 small ladles of soup and pour over the millets.
Bake at 180°C until the excess liquid evaporates and the surface is browned, then towards the end add the grated cheese.
Leave for another ten minutes to melt.
