Turkey with sweet pumpkin sauce - I made a similar combination for a baby, and I liked the taste, so I decided to make it for us adults as well, the recipe is completely in line with what, in my opinion, goes from the ingredients, it hasn't been read, it hasn't been picked up and the like 🙂 I hope that you will like it too.

Turkey with sweet pumpkin sauce - I made a similar combination for the baby, and I liked the taste, so I decided to make it for us adults as well, the recipe is completely in line with what, in my opinion, goes from the ingredients, it has not been read, it has not been picked up and the like 🙂 I hope you will like it too.

  • 300 g of turkey fillet
  • 1 piece of red potato (diced)
  • 1 handful of baby carrots
  • 4 slices of pumpkin (diced)
  • 1 pinch ginger (grated)
  • beaver
  • nana
  • cabbage (shredded and pickled as for salad)
  • olive oil
  1. Fry the turkey fillet in a little olive oil until it gets a nice golden color.
  2. Put peeled and chopped potatoes and pumpkin, baby carrots, ginger, a pinch of pepper and some mint into the water.
  3. Cook for about 15 minutes until the pumpkin is completely soft.
  4. Strain and put in a blender until you get a smooth paste.
  5. Place the turkey on a plate and pour the pumpkin sauce over it. Next, put some grated cabbage pre-seasoned with vinegar, oil and a little salt.
  6. Pleasant.
