Flowers with cheese.

Flowers with cheese, ingredients:

  • 2 dl sour milk,
  • 1 dl of milk,
  • ½ cube of yeast (about 20g)
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar,
  • 500-550 g of flour,
  • a little oil (1-2 tablespoons),
  • 200 g of cheese and
  • 2 eggs.

Flowers with cheese, preparation:

  • Dissolve yeast in milk, add sugar, a little oil (1-2 spoons), sour milk, flour and one egg. Knead the softer dough and let it rise.
  • Place the dough on a floured surface.
  • Roll out with a rolling pin and cut equal rectangles.
  • Mark five fork marks on the bottom with a fork, and cut out the size of the mark upwards between each mark.
  • Turn the dough over, coat it with oil, add some cheese, roll it from the clean part to the cut part and fold it into a circle.
  • Arrange in a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Let them rest for a while, turn on the oven at 180 degrees.
  • Coat the flowers with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for about thirty minutes, then cover with a cloth to rest.
