Children's Bolognese - even children can enjoy Italian specialties. This recipe is for children ages 1+.
Children's bolognese, ingredients:
- 1 piece of carrot
- 50 g of minced meat
- 2 spoons of tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (avocado or sunflower oil)
- 2 handfuls of small wholemeal macaroni
- parsley (fresh)
- mint (fresh)
Children's Bolognese, preparation:
- Put the macaroni in the water to cook until they are completely soft.
- Peel and finely grate the horseradish.
- Put the oil in the pan and add the carrot and the meat and fry until the meat takes on color, stirring constantly.
- When the meat gets colored, add 2 spoons of tomato sauce (sauce without spices or you can also peel one tomato and chop it finely), stir a few times, then add 6 spoons of water and simmer for a few minutes, add some fresh parsley and mint.
- Drain the macaroni and pour over the sauce and stir to combine. Cool and give the baby to eat.
The recipe is for children aged 1+.
