Delightful, a platform for the sale of local, quality, food products, presented the artisanal, hand-made cheeses it produces Farm Ranilović. Srba Jovanović, from Delicent, founder Balkan Cheese Festival (Balkan Cheese Festival) and vice president of the food section of the Association of Authentic Hedonists, presented old, mature, high-quality cheeses from Farma Ranilović.
Ivana and Peđa, the owners of Farma Ranilović, produce the best quality aged cheeses with their diligent hands on the farm, which is located in Kosmaj, near Belgrade. In addition to other types of cheese, they also produce Parmesan by hand, which is a rarity in these parts.
According to Ivana and Peđa, everything is very simple. Quality cheese, of course, requires quality raw material - milk. Every day they have, from their farm, the best quality milk, which is the result of attention to the animals, their health, and what the animals are fed and drink. And they spend their lives outside, grazing, in the untouched nature of Kosmaj.
Farma Ranilović produces cheeses: Bri bre, Knez, Farmer, Pastir, Cinderella, Goat cheese, Hedonist and Parmesan. When asked what their plans are for the future, Peđa modestly answered - that there are no plans. They enjoy every day, they love their animals and they provide all lovers of quality cheeses with a hedonistic experience of enjoying the best quality local cheeses.
