Dessert with strawberries.

  • 300 g of strawberries
  • 5 teaspoon of gelatin
  • 9 spoons of sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 dl of milk
  • 1 bag of vanilla pudding
  • 2 sachets of vanilla
  1. Put the strawberries in a blender and blend them. Dissolve the gelatin in 5 tablespoons of cold water, stir and let it swell.
  2. Put 6 spoons of sugar and mashed strawberries in a bowl and let the key break out. Add 2/3 of the prepared gelatin to the hot strawberries, mix with a mixer and let the mixture cool a little. Then add half a glass of sour cream and beat again with a mixer at the lowest speed. Leave to cool.
  3. During this time, put the milk in a bowl, add 3 spoons of sugar, vanilla and pudding and cook until it thickens. Add the rest of the gelatin to the hot pudding, beat with a mixer and then add the rest of the sour cream, reduce the mixer to the lowest speed and beat for another minute.
  4. Wet a small oval bowl with cold water and pour 3/4 of the strawberry mixture, vanilla pudding over it and the rest of the strawberry mixture over it.

  5. Leave it in the fridge for a few hours to set, then carefully turn the dessert onto a round serving tray.
