Stewed cabbage with pasta.
- 300 g of sweet cabbage
- 300 g of lean strip pasta
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- so
- pepper (to taste)
- Cook the strip pasta, strain and rinse with hot water. Leave aside.
- Stew sweet cabbage chopped into strips in oil for about 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce and salt if necessary, add pepper and simmer for another 2 minutes.
- Turn off the stove and add previously cooked pasta to the pot with cabbage (if you want to mix the ingredients).
