  • 7 pieces of eggs
  • 1 package of wafers
  • 7 spoon of sugar
  • 2 bags of vanilla sugar
  • 150 gr. chocolates
  • 250 gr. margarine
  • 80 gr. powdered sugar
  • 80 gr. dark chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 30 gr. white chocolate
  1. Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy, then steam with constant stirring until the mixture thickens. Add the crushed chocolate cubes and stir until melted. Separately beat the margarine with powdered sugar, combine with the cooled chocolate filling and mix both mixtures well. Take a wafer sheet, then coat the rough side with a quarter of the filling. Cover with another wafer. repeat the filling process until all the material is used.
    Frosting:
    Melt the chocolate with a little oil, and coat the wafer. When the chocolate hardens, melt the white chocolate and sprinkle the wafer.
    When using margarine, it is best to use half butter, which is tastier but looser filling, and half margarine, which tightens the filling better.
