Homemade pie with cheese and Swiss chard - there are a lot of recipes for pies, but this old way, when the crusts are stretched, is the most beautiful and delicious... it takes a little effort, but the result is fantastic...
PHIL:
- 500 g greens (or Swiss chard or spinach)
- 300 g of cheese
- 3 pieces of eggs
- 1 teaspoon of sour cream
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Peels:
- 500 grams of flour
- 250 ml water (lukewarm)
- 1 teaspoon of salt (we add salt to the flour)
- First, knead the dough from flour, salt and water (if you need to add more water, because the dough should be neither soft nor hard - so that the dough does not stick to your hands).
- While the dough rests, clean the greens, chop them finely, add eggs, cheese, sour cream and salt.
- We combine everything well.
- We return to the test that was left.
- Divide the dough into balls the size of a larger apple.
- Roll out each crust on a floured tablecloth.
- We put 3 tablespoons of oil on the stretched crust, then 3-4 tablespoons of the filling (it depends on how much we stretched the crust).
- We twist the roll that we received into a roll and lift the tablecloth up.
- Then we twist each roll like a burek or in a circle.
