Homemade pie with cheese and Swiss chard - there are a lot of recipes for pies, but this old way, when the crusts are stretched, is the most beautiful and delicious... it takes a little effort, but the result is fantastic...

PHIL:

  • 500 g greens (or Swiss chard or spinach)
  • 300 g of cheese
  • 3 pieces of eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

Peels:

  • 500 grams of flour
  • 250 ml water (lukewarm)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt (we add salt to the flour)
  1. First, knead the dough from flour, salt and water (if you need to add more water, because the dough should be neither soft nor hard - so that the dough does not stick to your hands).
  2. While the dough rests, clean the greens, chop them finely, add eggs, cheese, sour cream and salt.
  3. We combine everything well.
  4. We return to the test that was left.
  5. Divide the dough into balls the size of a larger apple.
  6. Roll out each crust on a floured tablecloth.
  7. We put 3 tablespoons of oil on the stretched crust, then 3-4 tablespoons of the filling (it depends on how much we stretched the crust).
  8. We twist the roll that we received into a roll and lift the tablecloth up.
  9. Then we twist each roll like a burek or in a circle.
