Recipe for homemade ferrero balls.

Homemade ferrero balls, ingredients:

  • 200 g wafers with hazelnuts
  • 300 g of hazelnuts (roasted)
  • 400 g of cream

Topping:

  • 300 g of chocolate
  • 90 g margarine
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • hazelnut for sleep

Homemade ferrero balls, preparation:

  • Crush 200 g of wafer with hazelnuts with your hands, add 300 g of coarsely chopped roasted hazelnuts and 400 g of cream.
  • Mix all ingredients well and make balls.
  • Leave them in the refrigerator for 2 hours to harden.

Topping for balls:

  • Melt 300 g of chocolate with 90 g of margarine and 2 tablespoons of oil, then dip each ball into it.
  • Place the balls on baking paper, sprinkle with hazelnuts and put in the fridge.
  • When the chocolate hardens, place the balls in paper baskets.
  • Pleasant!
