The best homemade pumpkin buns, ingredients:
- 2 dl milk,
- 400 g of flour,
- 100 g pumpkin puree,
- a little oil,
- half a teaspoon of salt,
- 1 bag of dry yeast,
- 1 small leek or 4 young onions,
- 100 g of small cheese i
- 100 g of margarine.
The best homemade pumpkin buns, preparation:
- Put the flour in a bowl, add milk, pumpkin puree, salt, oil and yeast.
- Knead the dough. Let it stand for 20 minutes, then stir it.
- Sprinkle the work surface with a little flour and spread the dough on the table. Divide into eight balls. Knead each ball a little and roll it out as thin as possible with your hands, then coat it with margarine.
- Finely chop the onion and mix with the cheese.
- Put a spoonful of leek and cheese filling into each rolled out ball and roll it up on all sides. Heat the oven to 180 degrees, put baking paper in a baking tray and bake the open buns.
- Bake the buns for about twenty minutes.
