The best homemade pumpkin buns, ingredients:

  • 2 dl milk,
  • 400 g of flour,
  • 100 g pumpkin puree,
  • a little oil,
  • half a teaspoon of salt,
  • 1 bag of dry yeast,
  • 1 small leek or 4 young onions,
  • 100 g of small cheese i
  • 100 g of margarine.

The best homemade pumpkin buns, preparation:

  • Put the flour in a bowl, add milk, pumpkin puree, salt, oil and yeast.
  • Knead the dough. Let it stand for 20 minutes, then stir it.
  • Sprinkle the work surface with a little flour and spread the dough on the table. Divide into eight balls. Knead each ball a little and roll it out as thin as possible with your hands, then coat it with margarine.
  • Finely chop the onion and mix with the cheese.
  • Put a spoonful of leek and cheese filling into each rolled out ball and roll it up on all sides. Heat the oven to 180 degrees, put baking paper in a baking tray and bake the open buns.
  • Bake the buns for about twenty minutes.
