Homemade choco cookies - An ideal sweet for snacking, which can stand for days without losing its taste, on the contrary.
- 200 g of flour
- 0,5 bags of baking powder
- 100 g of sugar
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 100 g of fat
- 1 piece of egg
- 1 spoon of cocoa
- 100 g of chocolate
- 5 tablespoons of oil (4-5 tablespoons)
- Mix the flour with baking powder and cocoa. Then add fat to that mixture - you will get a crumbly mixture. Then add sugar and vanilla sugar and mix well. Beat the egg yolks separately, and especially the egg whites. Combine the egg yolks with the previous mixture first, and then gently mix in the egg whites.
- When the mixture is uniform, put the dough in a biscuit machine or a larger pastry syringe with a star attachment and press out sticks 6-7 cm long. Arrange them in a tray lined with baking paper.
- Bake in an oven heated to 180 C for about 15-20 minutes.
- Dip the cooled sticks in chocolate melted with oil - first one end, then the other end. Or simply, coat the ends with chocolate with the help of a kitchen brush.
