Homemade black bread with barley flour - Slađana Šćekić
Homemade black bread with barley flour - bread prepared in this way is very tasty and very healthy...
- 500 gr. Black flour
- 250 g of white flour
- 250 gr. barley flour
- 1 cube of yeast
- 500 ml. coconut water
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1 teaspoon of sugar ((for yeast))
- Knead the dough from the given ingredients and let it rest for half an hour.
Then divide the dough into four balls, roll out a crust and roll it up like a strudel. We do the same with the long part of the dough.
Cut the loaves slightly and leave the dough to rest for another half hour.
Bake at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
