Homemade black bread with barley flour - Slađana Šćekić

Homemade black bread with barley flour - bread prepared in this way is very tasty and very healthy...

  • 500 gr. Black flour
  • 250 g of white flour
  • 250 gr. barley flour
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 500 ml. coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar ((for yeast))
  1. Knead the dough from the given ingredients and let it rest for half an hour.
    Then divide the dough into four balls, roll out a crust and roll it up like a strudel. We do the same with the long part of the dough.
    Cut the loaves slightly and leave the dough to rest for another half hour.
    Bake at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
