Homemade bread.

  • 1 kg of flour
  • 50 g of fresh yeast
  • 1 spoon of salt
  • 5 tablespoons of oil
  • 500 ml water (lukewarm)
  1. Place half of the flour in a large mixing bowl, add crushed yeast, oil, and salt.
  2. Knead the dough with lukewarm water and gradually add the remaining flour.
  3. Knead a fine, smooth dough and leave it to rise for 30 minutes.
  4. Knead the resulting dough with the addition of very little flour, place it on baking paper and in an earthenware container.
  5. Sprinkle flour over the bread, using a cookie cutter, and let it rise for 30 minutes.
  6. Cover the bread with a lid and bake in the oven for 60 minutes at 180 degrees, then remove the lid and bake for another 10 minutes. Pleasant!
