Homemade biscuit, ingredients:
For the dough:

- 250 g of margarine,
- 200 g of sugar,
- 2 bags of vanilla sugar,
- 3 egg yolks,
- 1 bag of baking powder,
- 5 tablespoon of milk,
- 500 g of flour.
To connect:
- if necessary, jam.
For rolling:
- if necessary, powdered sugar.
Homemade biscuit, preparation:
- Beat the softened margarine (room temperature), sugar, vanilla sugar and egg yolk with a mixer. Add a little flour, baking powder, milk and beat with a mixer.
- Turn off the mixer, gradually add flour and knead the dough.
- Divide the dough into two parts, forming noodles.
- Roll out both noodles with a rolling pin into a large circle.
- Cut out cookies with different shapes.
- Arrange them in a tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in a well-heated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Remove the finished biscuits from the oven and leave them to cool.
- Cover the biscuits with jam, roll in powdered sugar and serve.
Tip: you can decorate the cookies as you wish. Make your little ones happy. Pleasant!
