Homemade hazelnut cream - you can make your favorite cream at home - the best one ever 🙂
- 75 g hazelnuts (roasted, ground)
- 75 g sugar (powdered)
- 10 g vanilla sugar (or vanilla extract)
- 50 g milk powder
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 1 dl of water
- 1 dl sweet cream
- Combine powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and ground hazelnuts.
- Grind in a coffee grinder to make a powder.
- Mix the resulting mixture with powdered milk.
- At a lower temperature, melt the chocolate while gradually adding water, then add the previously prepared mixture.
- Mix until all the ingredients are well combined.
- Wait about 10 minutes for the mixture to cool, then put it in the refrigerator for half an hour, approximately.
- Combine with unwhipped sweet cream - do not beat with a mixer, but mix e.g. with a fork.
