Homemade bakery bread.

Homemade bakery bread, ingredients:

For the dough:

  • 500 g of flour,
  • 1 bag of dry yeast (10 g),
  • 1 teaspoon of salt,
  • 300 ml of water.

To coat:

  • water if necessary.

Homemade bakery bread, preparation:

For the dough:

  • Pour 400 g of flour into a deep bowl, add salt, dry yeast and mix. Pour in lukewarm water and mix with a blender. Add the remaining flour (100 g) and knead a softer dough. Cover with transparent cling film and let it rest for 45 minutes.
  • Knead the resulting dough on a floured work surface and roll it out with a rolling pin. Roll out (each time, while rolling, press with your fingers to make the dough stick). Place in a tray lined with baking paper. Cover with lukewarm water and leave to stand for 45 minutes.
  • Make a container out of aluminum foil, pour water into it and put it in the oven. Turn on the oven and heat it well.
  • After the dough has rested for 45 minutes, cover it with lukewarm water.
  • Bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes. Halfway through baking, brush the bread with lukewarm water. During the baking of the bread, keep the aluminum foil container filled with water in the oven, under the rack on which the baking sheet is standing.
  • Remove the finished bread from the oven and let it cool at room temperature.
  • Cut the bread and serve.

Tip: when the baked bread is taken out of the oven, do not cover it with a cloth, but leave it to cool at room temperature. Enjoy real, homemade bakery bread.
