Homemade noodles, ingredients:

  • 500 g of flour
  • 1 egg
  • lukewarm water as needed

Homemade noodles, preparation:

  • Add salt and one egg to the flour and, with the addition of lukewarm water, knead the dough, which should not be too hard and should not stick to your hands.
  • Leave the kneaded dough to rest for 30 minutes (must cover with a cloth).
  • After that, divide the dough into two noodles and roll each one as thinly as possible with a rolling pin.
  • The most important thing, while kneading the dough, is to flour the mixing board as well as the dough itself during the kneading process.
  • In this way, nice and loose noodles will be obtained.
  • When the dough is spread enough, wrap it over the rolling pin, then cut in the middle with a knife, and the dough will fall to the side.
  • Cut the strips with a knife into noodles of the desired width and length and leave them spread out on the table to dry.

Preparation time: 90 minutes.
